When we ask if you have spoken to a lender, we are not trying to be nosy. There are very good reasons. First of all, we need to know if the property that you want to see will actually meet the guidelines of the type of loan you are getting. Secondly, we don’t want to show you properties that are not within the parameters of the amount you are pre-qualified for and thirdly, you will have a better position when you get ready to make an offer on the property that you want.
