If you see a property that you would like to apply for please submit a rental application. Only one application is required and can be transferred to our other rental properties. It is not necessary to submit a rental application for each property you are interested in renting. All persons over the age of 19 living in the household will need to submit an adjoining application.
Primary Rental Requirements:
* 575 or better credit score, with no recent or open collections.
* No evictions within the past 12 months.
* Proof of income of at least 3.5 times the rent amount.
* Must be at least the age of 19 years old to sign a lease.
* Application must be fully COMPLETED.
* All occupants, 19 years and older, must submit a credit application with the exception of dependents.
Properties are rented based on credit, previous rental histories and criminal background, without regard to race, color, sex, religion, national origin, handicap, or familial status.
